They are also active in the dormitory business, having a 60 per cent stake in ASE (Active System Engineering Pte Limited) in the year 2013.  ASE operates and builds a dormitory building and this generates a constant income for the company.

Sing Holdings was established in the year 1964 and was also listed on SGX Mainboard.  They are identified to be one of the big real estate developers with extensive experience in building residential homes, hotel and offices locally and internationally.

Together, Wee Hur and Sing Holdings come together to co-join the development Parc Botannia through GLS and emerged as the top bidder from the GLS parcel at Fernvale Street.
